Description:
? Monitor network infrastructure using various network management tools to ensure uptime and performance.
? Detect and troubleshoot network incidents, identifying root causes and implementing timely resolutions.
? Escalate complex technical issues to senior team members or appropriate departments for resolution.
? Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective incident response and communication.
? Maintain accurate documentation of network incidents, configurations, and resolutions.
? Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for network-related emergencies.
? Contribute to the continuous improvement of network monitoring processes and tools.
Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
? Proven experience as a NOC Engineer or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
? Strong knowledge of network protocols, topologies, and architectures.
? Familiarity with network monitoring tools and technologies.
? Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex network issues.
? Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
? Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
? Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are a plus.
? Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash) is an advantage.
