We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Director of Responsible AI for International Businesses. This individual will possess both technical expertise and a passion for ethical standards in the development and implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies on a global scale. Key responsibilities: Lead the creation and implementation of ethical AI strategies for international operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with... international regulations and standards. Provide thought leadership and guidance on AI ethics, including fairness, transparency, interpretability, privacy, and security, considering the diverse cultural and regulatory landscapes of different countries. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ethical considerations into the design, development, deployment, and audit of AI systems globally. Advocate for and educate on responsible AI practices internally and externally, shaping the organization's stance on related issues in the international arena. Keep up-to-date with new developments, trends, and legislation related to AI ethics in different countries and adjust strategies accordingly. Develop and manage relationships with international stakeholders, including employees, customers, regulators, and the public. Collaborate with legal, compliance, and risk management teams to ensure that AI technologies comply with international legal rights and regulatory requirements. Establish metrics and reporting systems to track the effectiveness of responsible AI initiatives internationally. The Skills and expertise you bring: Master?s degree in computer science, AI, Ethics, Law, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in AI Ethics, Data Privacy, or related areas are a plus Demonstrated experience in AI, machine learning, or data science, ideally with a focus on ethics or responsible AI Deep understanding of AI technologies and their ethical, societal, and legal implications on an international scale Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards ethical AI practices Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse international audiences Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to navigate and comply with different regulatory environments across various countries Fluency in multiple languages is highly desirable As the Director of Responsible AI for International Businesses, you will play a crucial role in steering the ethical use of AI technologies in our international operations, promoting fairness, inclusivity, and respect for human rights while minimizing potential harm. The salary range for this role is from $148,800.00 to $201,200.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
