Job Description


As a Registered Nurse on our Phone Triage team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients through telehealth services. This role primarily involves assessing patient needs over the phone, offering medical advice, and guiding patients to the appropriate level of care. Your expertise will ensure our clients receive timely and effective medical support.

Requirements



  • Valid RN license in the state of residence.

  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in a triage or ER setting.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills.

  • Comfortable using technology and electronic health records (EHR).

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.


Responsibilities



  • Conduct telephonic assessments of patients’ health concerns.

  • Provide appropriate medical advice and guidance based on clinical protocols.

  • Educate patients on symptoms management and preventive care.

  • Document all patient interactions accurately in the EHR system.

  • Coordinate with other healthcare providers for follow-up care as necessary.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical guidelines and best practices.

  • Ensure patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.

Educational Qualifications
