Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to remote team members, including but not limited to scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing documents. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed. Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. Conduct research on various topics as assigned. Assist in organizing and coordinating virtual meetings and events. Help with miscellaneous tasks and projects to support the team as needed. Requirements: Proven experience as a virtual assistant or relevant administrative role. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in using productivity tools such as Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.). Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities. Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a remote or virtual environment. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software. Previous experience in a similar role within the tech industry. Knowledge of social media platforms and their use for business purposes. Schedule: Part-time, flexible hours (approximately 20 hours per week). Remote work from home.
